2. Beta Disclaimer

You acknowledge that MEO is currently in a Beta Testing phase.
risks
- The specific features (e.g., User Settings, Map API) may not function as intended.
- Data loss or service interruptions may occur.
- Known issues exist regarding OTP delivery and setting persistence.
- MEO is provided 'as is' without warranties of stability.
tester responsibilities
Users are encouraged to report bugs regarding stability, usability, and performance.
3. Eligibility And Account
age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use MEO.
registration
Registration requires a valid mobile phone number. Authentication is performed via SMS OTP.
account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Core Functionality Usage
profile creation
cards
Profiles are built using 'Card Blocks' (Prompts combined with Text, Image, Audio, Music, or Movie).
restrictions
Book covers are explicitly prohibited as content for card blocks.
matching
Matching occurs via a mutual like system (swipe or button press).
verification
requirement
To access 'Real-World Date' features, you must undergo Identity Verification.
status
You may receive a temporary 'Verified' status while documents are processed.
date management
Verified users may propose locations, select time slots, and manage appointments. A maximum of 5 'Favorite Places' can be stored per profile.
5. User Conduct And Safety
prohibited actions
- Harassment, hate speech, or offensive content within Profile Cards.
- Impersonation of others.
- Using the platform for solicitation or prostitution.
reporting
Users utilize the in-app reporting feature for matches or dates that violate community standards.
6. Termination
clause
MEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, particularly those that fail Identity Verification or violate safety guidelines.
