1. Confidentiality Agreement

As a Beta Tester, you agree to keep confidential all non-public information regarding MEO features, UI design, and bugs.
restrictions
- Do not share screenshots of the app interface on public social media.
- Do not discuss specific bugs (e.g., OTP failures) outside of official reporting channels.
- Do not share details of the matching algorithm or preference filters.
2. Data Collection
personal identification
We collect your phone number for OTP authentication.
identity verification data
We collect government-issued ID and selfie data for the 'Verified User' status.
profile data
media
Images, audio recordings, and text prompts uploaded to Profile Cards.
preferences
Political stance, religion, lifestyle habits (smoking, drinking), and location data.
usage data
We track swipes, matches, date setups, and favorite locations to improve the algorithm.
3. Data Handling And Security

Identity Verification (KYC) is processed strictly internally.
guarantee
MEO does not outsource your ID documents to third-party verification services.
location data
Location data is used to calculate distance ranges (0-100km) and suggest relevant matches.
4. Matching Algorithm Transparency

Your data (including age, height, political views, and lifestyle choices) is processed to filter potential matches.
exclusions
The system strictly enforces your 'Hard Filters' (Age, Gender, Distance) and attempts to respect 'Soft Filters' (Lifestyle, Religion).
5. Data Retention
beta period
Data collected during the Beta phase may be reset or deleted upon the release of the full version.
user deletion
Users may request deletion of their data, including ID documents and Profile Cards.
